Our famous Sukkot celebration is back! Link to register is wct.org/sukkotbbq. When you arrive at the Sukkot BBQ, please drop off a gift card from Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target, Kohl's, etc, to help victims of domestic violence.

The holiday Sukkot is filled with so many messages for us today: The need to take care of our planet. The need to provide shelter to everyone. The need to see that every mouth is fed. Come join us for a celebration of the miraculous bounty we enjoy, and what we can to see that others benefit as well.

Are You Building A Sukkah This Year?

Why not? Building a sukkah at home can make Sukkot an exciting, hands-on and meaningful holiday observance. Members have involved their friends, relatives, and even their entire neighborhood in the project. Jewish tradition says we should drive that first nail into our sukkah upon returning home after Neilah on Yom Kippur. And if a full-size sukkah isn't in the cards, maybe you'll build one out of Legos, or Lincoln Logs, or even slices of cheese! 

Bring Sukkot Home By Building Your Own Sukkah

A packet of ideas, suggestions and guidelines is available. Jewish tradition says we should drive that first nail into our sukkah upon returning home after Neilah on Yom Kippur.
